I’m Siva Ramadoss. I’ve spent the last several years managing the design and construction of data centers across the U.S., working with some of the most demanding clients in tech and AI infrastructure. This site — Data Center Universe — is a place for me to share what I’ve learned, what I’m building, and what I think the future looks like for this industry.
My background is in construction and architecture, but over time, I’ve developed a sharp focus on what it takes to deliver large-scale data center projects: coordinating across design, security, telecom, MEP, commissioning, and more. I’ve worked both with general contractors and on the owner’s side — and I’ve seen how much gets lost in translation if the right people aren’t asking the right questions early enough.
This site isn’t a consulting pitch or a personal blog. It’s a working space — a place to post insights, raise questions, and connect with others who are in the field doing the work. I believe in improving the way we build and turn over mission-critical infrastructure. Sometimes that means smarter scheduling. Sometimes it means challenging the way things have always been done. And sometimes it just means being honest about what works and what doesn’t.
Thanks for stopping by.
If you're in the data center space — or just curious — I hope you find something useful here.
